I like to think that I’m a pretty fun boss; I don’t take myself too seriously, and I am always up for a joke and a beer after work. Success is all about balance, after all!

Overcoming many personal hurdles and losses, I have learned the importance of strong personal bonds and found that a willingness to adapt and learn is key to a successful relationship. In my personal life, I have just married the love of my life, and we are just starting a family. Of course, it is not without trust, compromise, and adaptability that I have reached this point in my life, but these qualities are not just limited to my relationship with family.

Combined with a background in recruitment, developing a business that allowed me to help others learn and grow together, employers and employees combined, was a natural progression.
