My Journey to Passion
There are many articles on why we should pursue our passion, how one should work towards it, and what needs to be done to reach our goal. There are so many articles and books written focusing on the importance of dreaming and achieving your goals. Here, I am sharing my journey to follow my passion.
I am one of the three co-founders of Entire Software, helping launch the business, and as CEO, I have run the sales, marketing, growth, and operations of the company since 2016.
Before joining Entire, I worked part-time in a family-owned nursing recruitment agency, where I did everything from sales to recruiting to operations to scanning time sheets.
I hold a Double Bachelor of Business, Commerce, and Recreation from Monash University, majoring in management. I never finished the Masters of IT, finishing with a certificate instead, having "learned more by working in a real business."
As a young university student supporting the family business, I was exposed to the experiences of healthcare staff and employees' interactions with their industry management. Since my mum was a nurse, I became more interested in the healthcare field and more committed to helping employees.
Ultimately, I was inspired to optimise organisations processes, which led to the development of Entire Software. With an emphasis on the healthcare industry, I was employed by my own passion to support the employees of each industry by developing operations that improved their work experience and improved communication within the organisation. Through innovation, dedication, and collaboration with Entire Software’s co-founders Steve Thomson and Sachin Nischal, the software successfully changed industries and revolutionised how organisations operate, improving employee satisfaction and positioning organisations to achieve their desired goals.
With over a decade of experience in the industry, I have translated my experience into a new technology available for employees and employers. I believe everyone should find the right career match for their skills and values—showcase your x-factor! I wanted to contribute to our society and continue to strive for self-fulfillment in our careers by harvesting my skills as a green university student to an experienced entrepreneur.Your career should enable personal development while contributing to the growth of the company. A mutually beneficial relationship is possible in the right environment! My dream is to make this possible for every person; everyone deserves to find their passion as I have found mine. This technology is called Xeople, referring to the x-factor in each and every person. I continue to work on this new venture and prioritise the self-fulfilment of the working community.
As I reflect on my progress as a student wandering the Monash Campus, interested in technology and building new relationships, I am grateful for the opportunity I have had to build a career where I am building something great and showcasing my own x-factor every day. As I build my family and grow my businesses, I aspire to provide similar opportunities for everyone to achieve their dream job and develop their own skills and passion as I have!
